HerFuture is a community built around one clear belief: women belong in STEM, at every stage of their career. Founded to support female students, graduates, and working professionals, HerFuture focuses on long-term personal and professional growth through guidance, connection, and opportunity. Through our app and in-person events, we bring women together while also connecting companies with top female STEM talent. By working closely with organizations and universities across Europe, we help shape inclusive teams and a more representative future for tech.

In our 2025 Whitepaper, female STEM students shared that confidence at the start of their career is strongly influenced by two things: access to the right skills and access to a meaningful professional network. HerFuture responds by creating a space where early-career women are surrounded by peers, role models, and companies invested in their growth. With a community of over 5,000 women in STEM, we support this transition from education to industry by making connection, visibility, and opportunity more accessible.

As careers progress, focus shifts from entry to influence. For women in tech, this stage offers space to strengthen leadership presence and refine personal positioning. The HerFuture+ community accompanies mid- to senior-level women in tech to scale their careers with confidence and intention, centered on shared experience, encouragement, and access. Through workshops, panel discussions, and intentional connections, HerFuture+ supports sustainable career growth while strengthening leadership identity and representation. By connecting experienced professionals with one another and with organizations shaping the future of tech, HerFuture+ contributes to stronger, more inclusive leadership across the industry.
