What does a PMO do at Sogeti?
My role as a PMO within our Value Delivery Center is to support the Delivery Managers across various projects. I primarily focus on the financial aspects of these projects, but I am also responsible for the administrative tasks within the teams.
Here’s what a day in Kubra’s life looks like!
9-10 AM:
Checking emails and responding to messages.
10-11 AM:
Working through my task list for the engagements I'm involved in.
11 AM-12 PM:
Attending stand-ups with my teams.
12-1 PM:
Lunch break.
1-2 PM:
Meetings with colleagues.
2-5 PM:
Focused work on project tasks.
5-6 PM:
Wrapping up and closing off the workday.
How do you unwind at the end of the day?
At the end of a workday, I like to fully disconnect from anything work-related and be present with my family. That’s when I feel most at ease, and being surrounded by them gives me energy and balance.
What do you love about your job and your employer?
I enjoy contributing to better service for our customers by supporting different teams. I collaborate closely with colleagues, which gives me motivation and also helps me grow within our company.
