You will be the first person whose job is opening doors: by phone, by email, and in person.

The job, in one sentence

You find the right people, get them curious, and book the meeting. That's it. That's the whole job. We just need you to be really good at it.

A week in your life

Monday: Pipeline day. You and the founders look at who booked last week, who ghosted, and who's next. 30 minutes, no fluff, then you're off. You send a handful of genuinely good, personalized emails to potential partners, and line up follow-ups on last week's replies.

Tuesday–Wednesday: Outreach sprints. LinkedIn, email, whatever gets organisations to say "okay, tell me more." You test messages, keep what works, kill what doesn't. Occasionally, you swap the headset for a clipboard: helping pull together our next career event, workshop or dinner which we do with the full team.

Thursday: UK push. Same game, new market, slightly different accent required. You'll help us figure out what lands differently across the Channel.

Friday: Numbers + a win share. You tell the team what worked this week, what didn't, what we're stealing for next week. Then maybe you're at one of our events yourself, representing HerFuture in the room.

Every week looks a little different, but by month three you'll know exactly which message, channel, and moment gets a "yes."

You'll be great at this if

  • You're a native English speaker, huge plus if you speak Dutch (the Dutch founders currently drive most of the NL sales, so it’s easier to tag along).
  • You've done outbound before: sales, BDR, recruitment, account management, or similarly commercial work. This role is ideal if you have 1-4 years of sales experience.
  • You're just as good writing a mail that gets opened as you are on a call that gets booked.
  • You like being in a room with people, not just on a screen: event energy excites you.
  • You want to build the playbook, not follow one that already exists.
  • You're structured and proactive: nobody's handing you a script every morning.

Fun fact about us

We're a small team doing the work of a team three times our size: not because we grind harder, but because we automate everything we possibly can and are borderline obsessed with finding the most efficient way to do anything. If there's a tool, a script, or a shortcut that saves us an hour, we're already using it. You'll fit right in if "there has to be a faster way to do this" is a sentence you say a lot.
