HerFuture is growing, and we're looking for a Sales & Events Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and making things happen. You'll play a key role in growing our partnerships while helping deliver impactful events for our community and partners.

What does the role actually look like?

On Monday, you might be pitching HerFuture to a potential new partner. On Wednesday, you're helping organise a networking event with students and young professionals. On Friday, you're meeting an existing client to discuss how we can expand our collaboration.

No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

  • Reach out to potential partners and schedule meetings with companies
  • Meet with existing partners to discuss campaigns, events, and new opportunities
  • Follow up on proposals, contracts, and commercial conversations
  • Help organise career events, workshops, networking events, and company visits
  • Coordinate with marketing to make sure partner campaigns run smoothly
  • Attend events and represent HerFuture in conversations with companies, universities, and ecosystem partners
  • Spot opportunities for growth and take ownership of turning them into reality

Must-haves

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account management, recruitment, or a similar commercial role
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
  • Organised, proactive, and hands-on

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience with Salesforce
